Privacy policy

What we collect

When you create an account we store your email address, name and the golf profile you choose to share (coaching mode, skill level, handicap or typical score, goals, equipment and common swing problems). Your coaching conversations and any swing videos you upload are stored so you and the coach can pick up where you left off.

How we measure the site

We count page views, clicks and signups to understand what helps golfers, and we measure the results of our own advertising. For advertising measurement we use Google Ads. Where the law requires it, we ask first: the cookie banner records your choice, and until you accept, advertising cookies stay off in those regions. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the site's cookies in your browser.

Google's advertising privacy notice is at business.safety.google/privacy. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send your profile details to advertising platforms.

Payments

Memberships are billed through Stripe. We never see or store your card details; Stripe handles them and shares only the billing status we need to run your membership.

Emails

We email you account messages (sign-up confirmation, password reset) and, when you become a member, a welcome email. Contact-form messages and enquiries are forwarded to the coaching team's inbox.

Your choices

You can delete your account and its data by contacting us through the contact form. Educational only: the coach is not a medical service and never diagnoses injuries.
