AI golf swing analysis

Send your swing. Get a coach's breakdown.

Upload a clip or paste a link and get timestamped comments on your setup, takeaway, transition, impact and finish — the one correction that matters most, and the named drill that fixes it.

How the analysis works

  • Film your swing on any phone, or paste a link to a video you already have.
  • The coach reviews it frame by frame and comments at specific timestamps — not a paragraph of general advice.
  • You get what's already working, the single highest-priority correction, and the named drill that fixes it with reps and a target.
  • Each clip gets its own saved conversation, so you can come back and compare after a week of practice.

What the coach checks

The same checkpoints a touring coach works through, in priority order.

  • Setup, posture, grip and alignment

Most swing faults are setup faults the body then has to rescue. Grip knuckle count, spine tilt, ball position and toe line come first.

  • Takeaway and backswing

Width, plane and clubface direction at hip height and at the top — where a slice, a hook or a collapse usually begins.

  • Transition and sequencing

Does pressure move to the lead foot before the hands fire? Over-the-top moves and early extension live here.

  • Impact, rotation and finish

Low point and strike quality, hip and chest rotation through the ball, and a balanced finish held to the target.

  • Putting, chipping, pitching and bunkers

Short-game clips are welcome too: start line, pace, low point and sand technique all get the same treatment.

Drills that follow a swing review

Three fixes the analysis prescribes most, with the numbers that prove it worked.

  • Headcover Gate (the slice)

Headcover a foot outside and just behind the ball. 20 driver swings that miss it. Cue: feel the club exit left of target. Target: 8 of 10 clean misses with a right-starting ball flight.

  • Foot-Spray Face Map (strike quality)

Spray the clubface, hit 10 shots, read the pattern. Cue: adjust distance from the ball, not your swing. Target: 7 of 10 inside a coin-sized centre area.

  • Finish and Freeze (balance)

20 shots, hold the finish until the ball lands. Cue: belt buckle at the target, trail toe down. Fixes: falling back and thin strikes.

Questions golfers ask

How do I film my swing for the best analysis?

Two angles work best: one down the line (behind you, aimed at the target) and one face-on. Film at normal speed with the whole club and both feet in frame, in decent light. If you only have one angle, down the line is the one.

How accurate is AI golf swing analysis?

It's a coach's checklist applied frame by frame — grip, posture, alignment, plane, sequence, impact and finish. It spots the fault patterns that cause most lost strokes and gives you one priority fix, rather than overwhelming you with ten thoughts.

Does it replace in-person lessons?

It replaces the waiting between them. Use it for immediate feedback after every practice session, and bring the saved breakdowns to any in-person coach — you'll both start from evidence instead of guesswork.

Who can see my swing videos?

Only you. Every clip and conversation is saved to your own account, and nothing is shared or published anywhere.
